5 Night Dinner Challenge

Tonight we had a simple dinner. Easy to make and great on taste.

Black Bean Burritos
4 Bean Salad
Mini Carrots
Gingerbread Cupcakes (leftovers)

Health Tip: Did you know that eating beans, 1/2 cup a day, is an easy way to lower your cholesterol, with out using drugs. Any type of beans (legume), not green beans.

That does seem like a lotta beans. Earlier I read a blog and the guy needs to lower his cholesteral, now if I can remember where I read it I can point him over here. Oh the joys of getting older. :)

Spagettii tonight, #10 can of Sauce from Gordon's, brown noodles--not spagetti noodles, but macaroni type...easy fast. YES>

What to do with leftover turkey # 102

I had next to no groceries, but had a turkey, so I baked that off last week. SO: another dinner: TURKEY

OTHER DINNER: Leftover Turkey
We had some left, so hub made bean soup with turkey. As a nice twist, we cut VERY thin slivers of Corn Tortillas and dropped into our bowls. It was YUM.
