If you've been putting off your New Year's resolution to work out more, this may be the answer. I found him while surfing the web this AM. It started at Mother of Shrek with this, then I found this for all of you with pierced navels, and then I found your very own Fitness Instructor. Amazingly he is only available from the UK. Can you say puritanism.
