Round Robin Challenge, "First Signs of Spring"

Wildflowers and cactus,

in the nearby hills.

Pansies in Redlands, at City Hall.

Sunflower and Lupines in Murrieta.

In my back yard.
Hollyhock, on an old stem.
Hydrengea, peeking thru.

These were taken over a period of two weeks.
Flowering Plum, Prunus cerasifera, is one of my favorite trees.

These are across the street from my house, by the mailboxes.

Check out all the other Robins here.

I love spring too! Greeat pictures, it makes me long for blue skies again too! It's kind of grey around here lately! Happy Easter!

Sometimes it just blows my mind that we are so far behind in the growing season. No flowers in bloom here yet, and probably not for another couple of weeks or mid-April anyway. Great pictures and beautiful angles.

What a neat idea, taking the pictures of the blossoms over a 2-week period. Very nice entry!

I love the sequence with the trees at the end. The pansies remind me of my mom. We gave her flats of them every Mother's Day.
