As the Garden Grows - Hydrengea Series

This is a low growing hydrengea, in my back yard.
It tops out at 27 inches.

I love hydrangeas and used to have a lovely periwinkle blue lacecap that I accidentally killed a couple of years ago. Beyond that one, I haven't had much luck with them but I haven't given up hope yet.

I love your pictures! You must be really patient to wait and then take another picture later, then wait... I know I appreciate your patience! Thanks!

Your hydrangeas are lovely. As I was growing up, the neighbors had hydrangeas. They were always white, and we called them snowball bushes.

The whole way through the series I was thinking, "Bring it on". Oh that's nice! Beautifully lovely!

This is a wonderful series of photos … mirroring the evolution of my own Hydrangea (shared previous for a Wordless Wednesday at Small Reflections) … though yours is more PINK while the blossoms on mine are various shades of purple/lavender. Aren’t these wonderful plants?
Hugs and blessings,
