Friday's 40-or-less Photo Challenge

When I was young, I’d hop on my bike and ride all over town.
There were no restrictions, except I had to be home by dinner.
Such freedom is the same reason adults ride motorcycles
Trading one freedom for another.

Check out what everyone had to say about this weeks' Friday's 40-or-less Photo Challenge.

I should pass this post on to my mom as my dad is really wanting a motorcycle.

I think what you said is pretty accurate. :) I always had short times out on my bike, my was overprotective. :)

I have never thought of it that way, but you are right!

Great observation! I think you're right. Now, any explanation for all the tattoos?

Jan, I totally agree. Now I'm wishing I had a motorcycle. I've always loved to ride on them. My husband is not in agreement though, so, we don't and probably won't have one. Too bad!

When I was growing up in the country our bikes were our life line. I remember summer holidays taking a picnic and being out all day. Mind we probably didn't actually ride that far but it was great fun :)

So true! So true! You know I like riding around on the motor cycle but how I wish my kids had the freedom to ride around in safety the same way we did!

Ah...another smile (this photo is bringing more smiles than usual) :).

The thought that popped into my head when I read your Friday's 40 is "the only difference between men and boys is the price of their toys".

Bike riding as a child where you were free to roam without worry? Something my children have never really known :/, but a wonderful memory of my own.

Thanks for joining in this week!
