That's My World Tuesday

Recently, I drove to downtown Escondido to finish off my holiday shopping.  From Main Street I spied a wonderful green dome, and had to investigate.  The dome is the centerpiece of their City Hall.  This particular day was very cloudy and overcast, threatening rain, so not much in the way of blue skies.
