Today, I attended a lunch hosted by Random House, for one of their newest authors, Julie Buxbaum. Julie is vivacious young woman, and my photo doesn't do her justice. Her first novel, The Opposite of Love, features a heroine who after many stuttering starts, finally takes control and faces the fears that have effected her life. The Opposite of Love will be released on Januray 29th. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it. It's a great book for a book club; there's much to talk about. Julie generously autographed copies of the Advance Readers of her book, for my daughters.
