Bob has seen the neurologist, Dr. Y, twice. The first time Dr. Y said Bob might not have had a TIA, but instead a TGA, but more tests would be needed. On Friday Bob saw Dr. Y, again and the doc said that his episode was looking more like a TIA, and he ordered one more test on Bob's cartioid arteries. The test is tomorrow. This getting older business can be a trial. We're down but not out.
Here are some quotes about aging:
Clarence Darrow:
The first half of our lives is ruined by our parents, and the second half by our children.
Abraham Lincoln:
And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.
Elizabeth Arden:
I'm not interested in age. People who tell me their age are silly. You're as old as you feel.
Helen Hayes:
The hardest years in life are those between ten and seventy.
Henry David Thoreau:
None are so old as those who have outlived enthusiasm.

Hope it all turns out well for your husband.
Love the Thoreau quotation.
(Thanks for visiting my blog.)
Hub is 11 years older than me, but you'd never know it...until recently. His knee thing, that's not a blood clot but is something, his High BP, his stress, his being 11 years older than me with a 7 year old daughter...he is feeling it, and is not liking it a bit.
