I've joined a blog group, Picture This (a no comment blog). There is a theme that changes every other week, you post your photos according to the theme. This is a first for me to be a regular contributor. Previously, I've signed up weekly for various blog doings, and I've really enjoyed them:
Doing these, I discovered that what I like best is the challenge of taking pictures to fit the theme that week. Prose are fine, poetry not so much, but tell me to take a photo and I'm all over it. So, check out Picture This, when you have a chance.

New Addresses
As you may know, I've had my book blog since 2005, and recently transferred it to Blogger. Now, the only trouble I have with blogger, is remembering the stupid URL; so following Carrie's lead, I changed to something that easier for me to remember.
Now when some one ask me what the website is I won't have to hedge, hand them a business card, or look it up.
In that same spirit, I changed this blogs' address, too. So, here it is:
No need for special action or bookmarks, Blogger will automatically re-route you.
Simple, huh?

I found your camera
Do you love Post Secret? I do. This video was posted on today's Post Secret. I thought it was a great idea. The naration is a bit draggy, but you can check out the blog, here. Maybe this will grow, like Post Secret.

Mind Body Tricks
Check out Mother of Shrek today. Casdok post some cool "alternative" type things. Really cool.
Check out Carrie and the Koehmstedts
Today is a good day to check Carrie's blog. She's opened an Etsy store offering new handmade banners for your blogs and Etsy stores. Carrie is very creative; she is constantly changing the appearance of her blog and the one the Prytz women share. For her it's like re-arranging and fine-tuning the furniture in a home; which she does, constantly.
This started early in her life. When she was a young teenager, I'd come home from work and the living room would be re-arranged. This was particularly rough on our dog, Buttons. As he aged he lost his sight, and the perpetual re-arranging was tough on the old guy. I finally had to ask Carrie to consider Buttons in her early Feng Shui efforts.

New Things
I really like this format. Today over in the right column I added a direct link to Carrie's blog: Carrie and the Koehmstedts, and a link to my new recipe page: From My Kitchen. The first entries are from the old blog. I'll add more when I get caught up.
